  1. अपना आवेदन पत्र तथा आवेदन क्रमांक संभालकर रखें।/Please keep your application and the application number.
  2. समस्त आवेदकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि ऑनलाइन फार्म भरने से पूर्व मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा प्रकाशित विज्ञापन में दी गई जानकारियों को अच्छी तरह पढ़ लें। इसके उपरांत ही आवेदन करें।/All applicants are advised to fill in the online form before the state Public Service Commission to thoroughly read the information in an advertisement. Thereafter apply.
